Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. No third-party advertising services are used. MING AI consultations are processed by Anthropic, an American company dedicated to ethical artificial intelligence. Only your question and reading data are transmitted — never your email or any personal information. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models and deletes it within 30 days.
On the vKUA application, the KUA AI oracle (relationship analysis) is processed by DeepSeek (Hangzhou, China). Only abstract geometric data from your reading is transmitted (hexagram number, trigrams, lines, symbolic gender) — never your name, email, photo, nor your partner's name. KUA AI is free in beta version.
The vKUA module displays photos and quotations from public figures (heads of state, scientists, artists, athletes, etc.). This data is sourced from Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons under their respective open licenses (CC0, CC-BY, CC-BY-SA per individual contribution). Photos are downloaded and stored locally (zero runtime API calls), and a 🔗 link on each profile points to the source Wikidata page — serving as reference and attribution. No personal user data from vKUA is shared with Wikidata or Wikimedia.
All sensitive data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Emails are irreversibly hashed. Communications are protected by HTTPS/TLS. No passwords are used — authentication is done via single-use OTP codes.
Your account and data are retained as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts with no activity are deleted after 90 days. You may request account deletion at any time.
Under GDPR (Europe) and Law 25 (Quebec), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or request portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
